Mat Pilates Classical

Focuses on core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness through a series of controlled movements performed on a mat. This class emphasizes proper alignment and breathing techniques, making it suitable for all fitness levels while fostering a deep connection between mind and body. 

Hot Slow Flow to Power Flow

Experience a unique blend of infrared heat set to 100-105°F and humidity as you begin with a slow flow to warm up your body. Gradually transition into a powerful flow featuring advanced postures that challenge your strength and flexibility.

Express 50 min Hot Full Body/Low Impact Sculpt

Experience a 50-minute infrared heated class, where temperatures reach 100-105°F with added humidity, designed to sculpt your entire body while minimizing impact. This low-impact workout focuses on toning and strengthening, making it suitable for all fitness levels.

Express 50 minute Vin/Yin

Experience a dynamic blend of Vin and Yin in this 50-minute heated class, where temperatures reach 90-95°F and humidity enhances your practice. This session focuses on invigorating movement followed by deep stretching, promoting both strength and relaxation for a balanced workout.

Gentle Heat Slow Flow/Yin

Experience a soothing practice in a gently heated infrared room set to 85-90°F degrees, designed to enhance relaxation and flexibility. This class combines slow Vinyasa flow with Yin elements, promoting deep stretching and mindfulness for a balanced mind-body connection.

YIN

Yin is a non-heated traditional yoga class that focuses on deep stretching and relaxation of the connective tissues. This class encourages mindfulness and inner peace by holding poses for an extended period, promoting flexibility and a sense of calm.

Hot Vinyasa

Experience the transformative benefits of traditional vinyasa flow in a heated infrared room maintained at 100-105°F degrees with humidity. This invigorating class caters to all levels, promoting flexibility, strength, and mindfulness in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Gentle Heat DEEP STRETCH

Experience a restorative journey in our Gentle Heat Deep Stretch class, featuring gently heated infrared temperatures between 90-95°F degrees without humidity. This class utilizes a variety of props, including straps, bolsters, and blocks, to facilitate gentle stretches that nurture the mind, body, and soul.

HOT YOGA

Hot Yoga features a heated set sequence of 26 postures designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and balance. This therapeutic class is ideal for beginners, providing a supportive environment to explore and deepen your practice.

Gentle Heat Stretch with Foam Rollers

Experience a gentle, heated class set at 85-90°F degrees without humidity, focusing on stretching techniques. Utilize foam rollers to enhance flexibility, release tension, and promote relaxation throughout your body.

26 & 2

Experience the traditional 26 & 2 class, a 60-minute session designed to engage and challenge practitioners of all levels. This dynamic sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises promotes flexibility, strength, and mental clarity in a controlled environment.

Heated 26 flow

Heated 26 Flow offers a guided sequence of traditional 26 poses in a heated infrared environment, maintained at 90-95°F degrees with added humidity. This class enhances flexibility and detoxification while promoting mindfulness and relaxation throughout the practice.

Heated Hiit Sculpt

Heated HIIT Sculpt is an invigorating fitness class that combines infrared heat at 90-95°F degrees with humidity, enhancing your workout experience. Using dumbbells and resistance bands, participants engage in strength training exercises designed to target multiple muscle groups, helping to sculpt and tone the body while boosting overall fitness.

Heated Vinyasa

Heated Vinyasa offers an energizing flow in a warm environment of 90-95°F degrees with added humidity, perfect for jumpstarting your day. This class combines dynamic movement with breath awareness, promoting strength, flexibility, and overall vitality.

Hot Flow

Hot Flow classes are conducted in a heated environment of 100-105°F degrees with controlled humidity, guiding participants through a sequence that includes a warm-up, standing postures, and a flowing series of movements. This invigorating practice culminates in a rejuvenating cool down, offering a comprehensive full-body experience.

Jump Sculpt

This class is non heated and reservation is required! Jump Sculpt Class is a high-energy, full-body workout that combines trampoline-based exercises with strength training moves to sculpt and tone muscles. Bring your mat! This class incorporates weighted resistance exercises, targeting areas like arms, legs, and core to build strength and enhance muscle definition. It’s a fun, dynamic way to improve cardiovascular fitness, balance, and overall strength, all while minimizing the impact on joints.
